Q - Are the products real or artificial?
A - All products in our catalog are "silk or artificial"

Q - What are your flowers & plants made of?
A - The category of artificial plants and flowers is commonly referred
to as "silk flowers", however, the materials used to make the flowers and
plants vary greatly by style and type and range from various synthetic fabrics
to latex materials.

Q - How are your items packaged?
A - All items come fully assembled, individually packaged and are
ready to put in place right out of the box. We safely ship merchandise from
coast to coast using our unique, secure packaging system.

Q- How do I care for and maintain the plants?
A - Our plants require very little maintenance. We recommend that
the floral arrangements and plants be dusted periodically as part of normal
office cleaning. Plants can be wiped with a moist cloth if necessary, and
a quarterly or bi-annual application our silk flower cleaner is recommended
for floral arrangements. If you plan on storing a seasonal arrangement,
it's a good idea to save the original shipping carton for this purpose.

Q- Do I need to order a container for my tree or plant?
A - Unless otherwise indicated, our artificial plants & trees are
priced in a non-decorative liner. The non-decorative liner is a paper-mache
pot suitable for placing the plant inside a container that you already have.
If you purchase a container for a plant or tree from us, your item will
arrive "potted" in the container of your choice as a completed unit.

Q- What is the clear substance in the vases of your silk flower arrangements?
A - Many of our silk flower arrangements are made in high quality glass
vases with "crystal clear acrylic water". This acrylic is hardened inside
the vase and gives the illusion of fresh cut stems in water.
